<br /> The structutally inferior condition ot the house '�'���`�"

<br /> located at 3536 Lyric Avenue ("house") and presently owned by
<br /> Mr. Charles Henke has been of issue with• the Cfty of Oroao
<br /> ,.{'�,
<br /> a
<br /> t"City") for many years. The house lacks a structurally solid
<br /> foundation and footinqs and instead is precariously •.estir�� on '
<br /> cement blocks which do not extend below the frost line. Such a
<br /> ;
<br /> condition is in violation of the Uniform Building Code (IIBC)
<br /> and the State Suildinq Code (SBC) Section 2907. In addition to
<br /> the footinq and foundation violations, the roof on the house fs
<br /> fn a state of disrepair and does not provide adequate
<br /> protection from the elements. As such, the roof is in �
<br /> violation of UHC/SHC, Section 3212.
