The house lacks a structurally solid <br /> foundation and footinqs and instead is precariously •.estir�� on ' <br /> cement blocks which do not extend below the frost line. Such a <br /> ; <br /> condition is in violation of the Uniform Building Code (IIBC) <br /> and the State Suildinq Code (SBC) Section 2907. In addition to <br /> the footinq and foundation violations, the roof on the house fs <br /> fn a state of disrepair and does not provide adequate <br /> protection from the elements.
