Henke was in court for other matters . <br /> Requested to be heard on this matter also. Told <br /> Judge that all corrections were made. City <br /> Attorney was not prepared to hear this case due <br /> to Mr. Henke's sudden request to hear the case. <br /> Mr. Henke got a continuance for 1 year.
