The City provided you with the temporary of <br /> occupancy permit under the condition that the footings and foundation <br /> be completed in July, 1983 and roof be replaced in July, 1983. <br /> In July, 1983 , you were again approached by the City to get the work <br /> completed and you said that you had no money. At this time, the City <br /> tried to get you assistance from Hennepin County Planning and <br /> Development. You delayed in sending the application in and was not <br /> cooperative with them. <br /> I am writing this letter to inform you that you have not complied with <br /> the correction orders given and that citations are being issued for the <br /> following items: <br /> l. Grass and weeds over 6" tall per Orono Municipal Code Section <br /> 9 . 55, Subd 1 and 2. <br /> 2. Not installing the required footings and instead you have left <br /> the structure on concrete block piers without motAr and <br /> without proper frost footing depth, per SBC/UBC 2907 (a) . <br /> 3.
