This inspection revealed that you are in violation of the <br /> following Ordinances: <br /> Orono Municipal Code <br /> Section 9.01, Subdivision 2 - Storage of Refuse. Items stored in <br /> front yard are considered refuse and must be removed within 7 days. <br /> Section 9.21 - Public Nuisance. Maintaining conditions which <br /> unreasonably annoys the members of the public. <br /> Section 9.22 - Permitting a Public Nuisance. Enforces Section 9.21. <br /> Section 9.50 - Junk Cars, furniture, household furnishings and <br /> appliances on public or private property. Items stored in front yard, <br /> inoperable and unlicensed vehicles not allowed. ; <br /> Section 9.52, Subdivision 2 (B) - Parking of recreational camping <br /> vehicles. Camper is within 10 feet of the property line. ' <br /> Section 9.55, Subdivision 1 - Maintenance of Private Property. It is ' <br /> the duty of the property owners to maintain property in a neat and ' <br /> presentable manner free of junk and debris, etc. <br /> Section 10.60, Subdivision 13 - Exterior Storage in Residential <br /> Districts. This section does not allow storage of mobile materials ' <br /> and equipment unless in a building or fully screened. <br /> Section 10.60, Subdivision 14 - Waste Materials.
