: � o� <br /> Oy,,e \ O CITY of ORONO <br /> ����� <br /> � � �,� A; -�� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> '�' � ��' .:�"�� ti b � 1 6 <br /> '�� , ���G N O. <br /> �kESH�g' <br /> TAX FORFEITED LAND RELEASED <br /> FOR SALE TO THE PUBLIC <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282,the City has received from <br /> Hennepin County notice of a parcel of land within the City which has become the property of the <br /> State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate taxes; and <br /> WHEREAS, t h e City Council has reviewed said parcel for compliance with <br /> local zoning ordinances, for the amount of outstanding special assessments remaining unpaid to <br /> the City, and/or for possible public use by the City as authorized by the Statutes. In addition the <br /> Council has reviewed said parcel for compliance with Minnesota Statutes 85.012; 8 5.021 ; <br /> 9 2.4 61 ; 2 8 2.01, Subd. 8; 282.018, Subd. 1; and 2 82.018, Subd. 2. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono,pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, hereby approves the classification of the following <br /> parcel of land as non-conservation land, and furthermore, approves the public sale of said parcel <br /> as listed below. <br /> All parcels released for public sale remain subject to all applicable zoning <br /> ordinance provisions, including those regulations providing for minimum lot area and minimum <br /> lot width.
