Scott and Joyce E. Scott, husband and wife (hereinafter "the applicants") per Orono <br /> MLuucipal Code Section 82-15(a)(3)to create a driveway easement involving properties known by <br /> PIN No.s 17-117-23 43 0088; 17-1 17-23 43 0089; 17-1 17-23 43 0093; and 17-117-23 43 0094,said <br /> properties legally described as: <br /> Lots 11, 12, 17, aiid 1�, Block 6, "Navarre Heights",Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter "the properties"); and <br /> VVHEREAS, after due published and maiiec�notice iii acc�rdance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.353 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on January• 17,2006 at which time all persons desirin�to be heard <br /> concernina this application were aiven the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Planning Comrnission reviewed the proposed driveway easement to <br /> provide legal access from Lyric Avenue to the two lots abuttinQ Shoreline Drive,and on a vote of 5-0 <br /> reconunended approval of creation of the proposed easements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have completed all requirements of the City for the <br /> creation of a driveway easement for ingress and egress in favor of Lot 17 over Lot 12;and in favor of <br /> Lot 18 over Lots 11 and 12, <br />
