A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to // commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning �/J�J� and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. �� Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations � must be submitted and approved. In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of �� O Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary. A TCO requires a$10,000 escrow.
