. <br /> �.o� � <br /> � CITY OF o <br /> � � <br /> RESOLUTION OF T CIT'Y COUNCI <br /> � � 6 6 0 .�; <br /> `�� ` N o. <br /> qkFSH��� <br /> A RESOLUTION <br /> GRANTING VARIANCES TO <br /> ORONO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE SECTION 78-350 <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 3438 LYRIC AVENUE <br /> —FILE NO. 16-3811 <br /> WHEREAS, Landsource, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (hereinafter <br /> the "Applicant") is owner of the property located at 3438 Lyric Avenue within the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter the"City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 23, Block 5,NAVARRE HEIGHTS,Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter the"property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 3, 2016 the Applicant made a complete application to the <br /> City of Orono for variances to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-350 in order to <br /> construct a new residence on a lot of 6,715 s.f. in area and 50 feet in width where the minimum <br /> lot size requirements are 21,780 s.f. in area and 100 feet in width; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 21, 2016 after published and mailed notice in accordance <br /> with Minnesota Statutes and the City Code, the Orono Planning Commission held a public <br /> hearing, at which time all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were given the <br /> opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 21, 2016, the Planning Commission on a vote of 5-0 <br /> recommended approval of the variances; and <br /> WHEREAS, on April 11, 2016, the City Council reviewed the application and the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Commission and City staff. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Orono, Minnesota <br /> hereby approves the requested variances as described above based on one or more of the <br /> following findings of fact concerning this property: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> A1. The analysis contained within staff inemos and the exhibits attached to the aforesaid <br /> memos, all minutes from the above mentioned meetings, and any and all other materials <br /> distributed at these meetings are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
