Since the eastern side lot line abuts a street, the required <br /> setback is 35 feet from the street lot line (along Lydiard Avenue) according to the LR-1 B zoning <br /> district standards as noted in City Code Section 78-330. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance <br /> before Mondav, June 18, 2012. In order to bring the property into compliance the camper <br /> must be moved to a conforming location or removed from the property. <br /> I have attached the pertinent City Codes for your reference.
