Denial of the f�ence height vatiance vvith the r�ocommendahon that the fence��Sign�; <br /> 2. Appmv�l of the lot width,lot area,and side st�eet setback variauoes; <br /> 3. A,ppraval of the condt�tional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> As noted within the memo,Staff recommends approval of the lot area,Iot width,and street setbao� <br /> variances as requestsd in conjunction with the�roposed Plan. Staffrecomm�nde denial of the v�rianee to <br /> permit eoastrtuYtion of the fence exceeding 42 inches in height.
