McMillan stated there will be issu�es with the fact that it is a carner lot and that it is long and <br /> natmw but that dces not make it a practicel difficulty. Chatrier stated he would like to see some sont of <br /> compromise with the location of the house. Charrier sstated he has seen anQther drawing wh�e the houses <br /> wete lined up. <br /> Cuttis noted that was a Staff drawing. <br /> Charrier stated he wauld be in favor of that diawing. Chairier stated he is unable to understand the <br /> average lakeshore setback line and why thcy are nc�t parallel. Chazrier noted the lvts are an,gled and that <br /> he does not uaderstand how thc house cflutd l�that much forward. <br /> Walsh suggested Mr.Chaaier and the contractor g�et together to see whether a compromise could be <br /> reache,d. <br /> Chazrier indicated they have attempted t�at and the communication was eventually ended. Chamer stated <br /> the conhactor did aot expresa much willingness to engage in any give and take. <br /> McMillan noted the applicants are not noquesting an average lakeshore setback. <br /> Chanier statsd he never would have imagined this house could l�e located where it is proposed and tbat <br /> nnoving the house fiuther back would make a huge differen�ce to them. <br /> Page 20 of 32 <br />
