McMillan stated there will be issu�es with the fact that it is a carner lot and that it is long and <br /> natmw but that dces not make it a practicel difficulty. McMillan indicated ahe uaderstands the desu�e for <br /> some side setback variance but that she is not in favor of th�e amount being requestod, <br /> McMillan asked whether the applicants would like t�table the spplication and inoorporate some of the <br /> suggestions made by the Council. <br /> Gustafson stated he would like so�mare direction on th�e side yard setback. <br /> Mc,Millan noted the Council has received some lettcrs from a few of the neighbors and that$he N,ould <br /> oPen the meeting up at this time for public comment. <br /> Stephen Charrier, 1910 Heritage Driva,stated he owns the hoase adjacent to this Property Cha�ier <br /> stated their number one oonc�rn is maintain�their privacy aad that they curnea�tly have a verY P�'�� <br /> Iot. Chairier stated he is unable to understand the <br /> average lakeshore setback line and why thcy are nc�t parallel. Chazrier noted the lvts are an,gled and that <br /> he does not uaderstand how thc house cflutd l�that much forward. <br /> Walsh suggested Mr.Chaaier and the contractor g�et together to see whether a compromise could be <br /> reache,d. <br /> Chazrier indicated they have attempted t�at and the communication was eventually ended.
