Escrow & Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow agreement is enclosed. The property owner must sign the <br /> attached escrow agreement and submit a check for$2,500. <br /> 2. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Permit. Your project may trigger the MCWD permitting <br /> requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project.
