Lucy has <br /> experience with Global Positioning Systems (GPS), remote sensing, and <br /> Geographic Information Systems(GIS). <br /> Representative Projects: <br /> • Wetland Determinations — USDA NRCS — Dunn, Pierce, and St. Croix <br /> Counties,WI: Services included assisting the WI NRCS Wetland Specialist in <br /> completing requested wetland determinations for farmers participating in <br /> USDA Farm Bill programs. Determinations were completed on and off-site as <br /> necessary, and maps were developed and added to the existing wetland <br /> inventory for each county. <br /> • National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) report preparation experience <br /> includes completing environmental assessments on conservation practices <br /> being implemented through NRCS cost-share programs.
