Box 66 <br /> Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br /> Dear Mr. Gibbs, <br /> As per our phone conversation this morning I am confirming in writing our discussion and <br /> agreement regarding septic system compliance, due by December 2010, and the responsibility of <br /> the seller of a home in the city of Orono. <br /> In May of 2008 and then again today you stated that if a home as been listed on the market prior <br /> to October of 2007 (the date Ordinance # 38,third series was published to the public)the home <br /> owner or seller, will not be required to have completed the septic system upgrade or replacement <br /> prior to the sale of the property and not required to place in escrow the dollar amount to cover the <br /> cost of the replacement or upgrade. <br /> The property that I am marketing as a realtor with The Ritter Team at Re/Max Results in Wayzata <br /> is 25 Luce Line Ridge, Orono, Minnesota. I have had this home listed for sale since September <br /> 2007 and now has been on the market for 551 consecutive days.
