Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br /> amount of $1, 000 . 00 . <br /> 10 . Payment to the City for the legal review and filing <br /> of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of <br /> $75 . 00 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 <br /> of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Painters Creek, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Outlot D is set aside for the septic expansion and <br /> exclusive use of the property located at 4740 Bayside <br /> Road , legally described as the West 1/2 of the <br /> Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, <br /> � Township 118 , Range 23 North except that part of the <br /> South 226 feet thereof lying East of the West 249 feet <br /> thEreof and West of the East 180 feet thereof. <br /> 2. Access to residential units 1 through 9 shall be <br /> via Luce Line Ridge. Access to residential unit 10 <br /> must be approved by the Hennepin County Highway <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit for new <br /> residence. <br /> 3 . The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of <br /> Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or <br /> before June 10, 1985 together with a certified original <br /> copy of this Resolution and executed copies ofthe <br /> Easements & Covenants as noted above. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br /> the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
