The home at the address above is listed as for sale by owner and <br /> I'm wondering if there are any special considerations we should consider with respect to the lot itself before we take <br /> any big leaps. So far as I can tell it has a fairly meaningful slope to the water where the home is built. <br /> It has 240+feet of lakeshore as well,so I'm also wondering if the western half of the lot would be buildable in its own <br /> right, and/or eligible for subdivide, I suppose potentially with a variance if necessary. Given the price point, it might <br /> make it more achievable for my wife and me if we could come up with a way to subdivide,and then just purchase the <br /> newly created lot.
