'fanks should be punped out as soon as possible. <br /> 8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be puiped out within 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar$e. <br /> 9 Inspection risers missing-tanks caild not be inspected. lnspection risers (4'� dia. pipe) must be installed in each <br /> tank at next punpout.
