This is a permit for the construction and repair of retaining walls. Your <br /> application is incomplete. <br /> The following items must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be <br /> considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated certificate of survey indicating <br /> the location of the proposed retaining walls as well as all existing structures, walls <br /> and hardcover on the property and on the adjacent right-of-way of Ivy Lane. A <br /> grading plan is also required to be shown�on the survey. <br /> 2. Plans. Please submit detailed plans for the retaining walls. Include materials, <br /> cross-section diagrams and a narrative describing your method of construction. <br /> 3. Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and review by <br /> the City's engineer require submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The <br /> purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City of out-of-pocket <br /> costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will <br /> guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project would be $2,600. The � <br /> escrow agreement is enclosed. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
