Today I walked the <br /> property and was somewhat surprised at the apparent plans to do <br /> major regrading of the property to accommodate a rear walkout <br /> house. <br /> Because of the magnitude of this grading, before a permit <br /> can be issued, we will need a detailed grading plan indicating <br /> existing and proposed 2' contours for the entire lot.
