After full discussion, and on advice <br /> of Attorney Newhall, it was agreed to accept from him in <br /> lieu of bond a letter as Pollows: <br /> "We, William T. Mills and doyce J. Mills, agree <br /> to give to the Village of Orono, in return for <br /> their approval of the plat of the Swan Lake Addition, <br /> a secor_�d mortgage on LoL iVa. 7, Block 1 of that <br /> Addition, to secure the installation of the roads <br /> as provided for in the Plat, and will execute such <br /> mortgage as soon as it can be prepared. <br /> It is understood that the Council does not intend <br /> by this action to waive its right to assess property <br /> owners in the Swan Lake Addition for the costs of <br /> constructing such roads if that project should prove <br /> not to have been properly attended to by the undersigned. rr <br />� -.
