When a <br /> house is built on the property, the property owner will be responsible for <br /> the costs of actual connection from the house to the existing sewer in Loma <br /> Linda Avenue. That sewer line is about 90' from the closest point on the <br /> subject property. The property owner (or his private contractor) will be <br /> responsible for tapping a new service stub into the sewer lateral and any <br /> restoration of roadway or shoulder that may be necessary, as well as <br /> permanent maintenance of that private connection. <br /> This property was not provided �vith a sewer stub at the time sewer <br /> project 1970-LS-1 was constructed, and was not assessed for sewer, although <br /> the lots were listed on the assessment rol 1 as having been not assessed and <br /> not served. Because the property owner is responsible for the costs of <br /> this lengthy sewer connection, there is no sewer assessment. <br /> The fol lowing charges will, therefore, be collected upon issuance of <br /> the building permit for this property: <br /> - Building permit/plan review fee/State surcharge (based on project <br /> valuation) <br /> �. - Sewer connection charge: $225.00 <br /> - Sewer Availability Charge (MWCC-SAC) : per current fee schedule <br /> ($525.00 in 1987 ) <br /> - Park fee - per fee schedule - 0.94 acre lot - $390.00 <br /> I have enclosed a copy of the sewer as-built map for your reference. <br /> BUILDING 8c ZONING—473-7357 • ADMINISTRATION&FINANCE—473-7358 • PUBLIC WORKS—473-7359 <br /> ASSESSING <br />
