� � <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> ��, CITY of ORONO <br /> .� � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> ��9kESH�4�G NO. � 9 4 S <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A METES AND BOUNDS <br /> SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 1220 LOMA LINDA AVENiTE AND 1230 SPRUCE PLACE <br /> FILE NO. 2272 <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Orono(hereinafter"City Council")has <br /> adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br /> lot line rearrangement by W. Wyatt Moe and Nancy Moe (hereinafter "the subdividers") of <br /> properties legally described on the survey attached to this resolution as Pazcels A,B, D,E, F and G <br /> (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS,the subdividers have completed all requirements of the City for a metes <br /> and bounds subdivision(Class n of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for the <br /> subdividers as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, a licensed surveyor of <br /> Coffin and Gronberg,Inc.,dated July 7, 1997 and attached to this resolution,subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. Upon the approval of this division by the City Council, the subdividers shall apply <br /> to the City for the legal combination for tax purposes of the pazcels described as A, <br /> E and G in the above referenced survey, and shall similarly apply for legal <br /> combination of those parcels described as B, D and F. <br /> 2. The subdividers shall grant drainage easements to the City over the drainageways <br /> shown on the attached survey. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
