(7.�%) of hardcover in the 0-7�' setback area where 297.2 <br /> s.f. (7.5°roj eYists and 0 s.£ (0%) is allo�ved, Section 10.22, Subdivision 2 and Section 10.56, <br /> Subdivision 16(L)(2)to permit 2,351.67 s.f.(25.6%)of hardcover in the 75-250'setback zone where <br /> 2,351.67 s.f.(2�.6%)exists and 2,292.38 s.f.
