Further, the City Council hereby denies an after-the-fact variance for structural <br /> coverage of 1.4% for 16.4% structural coverage to remain where 15% is allowed. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br /> meeting held on the 23rd day of March, 1998. <br /> AT'TEST: <br /> . , . _ .
