Tlie wet basement and garage floor reported at 1074 Locna Linda Lane (Lot 7), <br /> are most likely a direct result of poor drainage on the property. This situation would be <br /> improved if this property owner regraded the north side of the lot and the driveway. A <br /> small swale could be constructed in both locations to direct the surface runoff away from <br /> the house and garage. This grading would require up to a foot of excavation with <br /> restoration of the sod and driveway rock. <br /> The property located 'unmediately north of Lot 7 would also benefit from the same type of <br /> grading improvements. A swale constructed along the south side of this lot would improve <br /> and control the drainage on the lot. Also, some type of landscape edging could be installed <br /> along the south property line to prevent runoff from reaching Lot 7. <br /> The situation on the lot located immediately south of Lot 7 appears to be a greater concern. <br /> The downspouts and site drainage from Lot 7 run directly onto this property, which also has <br /> poor drainage. � <br /> Please contact me at this office if you have any questions regarding this matter. <br /> Yours very truly, <br /> BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> �• <br /> Shawn D.
