Per your request,the permit will be mailed to you. <br /> Also, per our telephone conversation regarding the landscape plan, our records show we issued the building permit <br /> based on a survey dated 4-5-16, copy attached and a landscape plan dated 2-3-16. We received an updated landscape <br /> plan dated 5-21-2016, partial copy attached. At that time I had requested an updated survey to reflect proposed <br /> landscape changes from Kar-Keat with Snow Kreilich. Unfortunately we never received an updated survey. <br /> Please review the attached landscape plan dated 5-21-2016. If this plan is different than what Landscape Renovation's is <br /> proposing, complete a Zoning Permit Application (copy attached) and return along with all the necessary submittals for <br /> our review prior to the work commencing. If the 5-21-2016 landscape is accurate please have two updated copies of <br /> the survey submitted matching the 5-21-2016 landscape submitted for our records. <br /> Please note,the property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District which allows 25%of the gross <br /> area of the lot to be covered in hardcover. Since you are new to the project, I want to make sure you are aware of this <br /> and you are planning accordingly.
