The entry wall shifted in location and position to be perpendicular to the road. It decreased in overall length.
2. The lakeside Living Terrace changed slightly in design to include a lower level on the north end, but it did not increase it size.
3. Many new trees have been added to the plan.Although the 9 proposed Honey Locusts on the plan submitted in 2016 have been
eliminated, they have been replaced with 8 new Norway spruces,2 new Serviceberry trees, 15 new American arborvitaes, 25 Techny
arborvitaes, 2 new maples, 1 new oak, and 2 additional birches.
4. The overall hardcover has reduced slightly, still remaining under 25°/a.
Our plan is to resubmit our Existing Conditions and Removals Plan, the updated Site/Landscape Plan, our Erosion Control Site Details Sheet,
and the updated Survey along with the completed Zoning Permit Application.
Please let me know if you would require any additional information with the application.Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Emma
EMMA FROH Associate
7'ravis Van Liere Studio,L[.0 Landscape#rchitecture
21 I lst St.North,#350 MPLS,MN i, 55t01
7'6 C 2 345275 I tvlstudio.com
From:Christine Mattson [mailto:CMattson@ci.orono.mn.us]
Sent:Wednesday, March 29, 2017 3:48 PM
To: Kyle Hannigan <khannian@landscaperenovations.com>
Cc: 'pete@welchforsman.com'<pete@welchforsman.com>; 'jules@welchforsman.com'
<jules@welchforsman.com>
Subject: 1220 Bracketts Point Rd
Hi Kyle,
Following up on our telephone conversation,we have completed our review of the Zoning Permit for
tree removal and plantings within 75'of the OHWL. Per your request, the permit will be mailed to you.
Also, per our telephone conversation regarding the landscape plan, our records show we issued the
building permit based on a survey dated 4-5-16, copy attached and a landscape plan dated 2-3-16. We
received an updated landscape plan dated 5-21-2016, partial copy attached. At that time I had
requested an updated survey to reflect proposed landscape changes from Kar-Keat with Snow
Kreilich. Unfortunately we never received an updated survey.
Please review the attached landscape plan dated 5-21-2016. If this plan is different than what
Landscape Renovation's is proposing, complete a Zoning Permit Application (copy attached) and return
along with all the necessary submittals for our review priorto the work commencing. If the 5-21-2016
landscape is accurate please have two updated copies of the survey submitted matching the 5-21-2016
landscape submitted for our records.
