The Oversized Accessory Structure shall not be used for a home <br /> occupation unless specifically appmved by the City or if ailowed by tlus Code. <br /> I. In order to install a bathtub ar shower within the Oversized Accessory <br /> Structure,a conditional use pernut must be specifically approved by the City. <br /> 2. RU1V WITH THE LAND.
