Motion, Ayes 5 , Nays 0. <br /> #9 9 4 FRANIC RORESH <br /> 4100 WATERTOWN ROAD <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> RESOLUTION �1894 <br /> City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br /> a conditional use permit for a public riding stable. <br /> Representing the applicant's was their attorney, Lou <br /> Oberhauser. He noted that the applicant has never <br /> rented horses to the public and has had a maximum of 5 <br /> full-time employees. He stated that applicant felt that <br /> review of the candtional use permit annually was <br /> unnecessary. <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that the Planning <br /> Commission recommended annual review in order for the <br /> city to keep tabs on the operation. <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by Mayor <br /> Butler , to adopt R�solution # 1894 approving the <br /> conditional use pern�it and variance for a public riding <br /> stable subject to the following conditions : <br /> l. The total number of full and part time employees <br /> hired by the applicant ' s to assist in the <br /> commercial horse operation shall not exceed the <br /> level of 5 employees except for events covered by a <br /> Special Events permit. <br /> 2. Horses main�tained on property shall not exceed <br /> the number allowed per Section 10 . 27 Subd. 4 (A) . <br /> Motion, Ayes 5 , Nays 0. <br /> CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT: <br /> CONTRACTOR'S ESTIMA�E #5 <br /> A.R.I. CONTRACTING INC. <br /> It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Frahm, to approve the Request for Payment #5 from A.R.I. <br /> Contracting Inc. in the amount of $35,887.89 for Crystal <br /> Bay Sanitary Sewer improvements.
