PAGE 9 <br /> �694 THOMAS SARENPA <br /> 1670 SHADYWOOD ROAD <br /> REQUEST TO AMEND ORIGINAL <br /> VARIANCE APPROVAL <br /> Mr. Sarenpa was not present for this matter. <br /> City Administrator Bernhardson explained that the applicant <br /> has been granted a variance but has not completed all the work <br /> intended, and now requests to be allowed to leave the shed and <br /> slabs that were to be removed as conditions of being granted <br /> the original variance. In addition, applicant has added <br /> approximately 736 sq. ft. of hardcover since this was <br /> reviewed. Bernhardson stated that staff recommends the <br /> applicant submit a new application for the Planning <br /> Commission review. <br /> Zoning Administrator stated that Mr. Sarenpa has been sent a <br /> copy of staf f ' s recommendation. <br /> It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Adams, to adopt staff ' s recommendation that the applicant go <br /> back to the Planning Commission with his request. Motion, <br /> Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays (0 ) . <br /> 1985 JOINT USE DOCR LICENSES* <br /> RESOLUTIONS #1826 - #1832 <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Adams, seconded by <br /> Councilmember Frahm, to adopt Resolutions approving the <br /> following 1985 Joint Use Dock Licenses : <br /> Resolution #1826-Forest Arms Country Club Addition <br /> Homeowners Association <br /> Resolution #1827-Navarre Cove Homeowners Association <br /> Resolution #1828-Fox Hill Homeowners Association <br /> Resolution #1829-Minnetonka Power Squadron-Big Island <br /> Resolution #1830-Victoria Estates Homeowners Assoc. <br /> Resolution #1831-Sandy Beach Place <br /> Resolution #1832-Walters Port Maintenance and <br /> Improvement Association <br /> Motion, Ayes ( 3 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> 3465 SHORELINE DRIVE <br /> RECOMMENDATION FOR SEWER UNIT <br /> CI3ARGES FOR LAUNDROMAT USE <br /> Robert E. Gould, Minnie Cathers, and Elizabeth Sackrison <br /> were present for this matter. <br /> City Administrator Bernhardson explained the situation of <br /> the property the above persons are interested in <br /> establishing a laundromat requires them to pay on 19 sewer <br /> units. Bernhardson recommends that staff be instructed to <br /> establish something reasonable and report back to Councilin <br /> two weeks. <br />
