City Admini- <br /> strator Bernhardson indicated that he and Zoning <br /> • Administrator Mabusth will meet with Dr. Hansen of the <br /> Freshwater Biological Institute for his input, and will <br /> report back to the Council at the August 5th meeting. <br /> CITY ENGINEER`S REPORT <br /> BID AWARD - OVERI.AY MSA <br /> WILLOW RD. & OLD CRYSTAL <br /> BAY RD. <br /> Per City Engineer Cook' s letter dated July 5 , 1985 listing i. <br /> the bids received, it was recommended to award the contract ; <br /> to the low bidder, Wm. riueller & Sons, Inc. with a base bid of � <br /> $232,826 . 74 , contingent upon variance approval from MSA. <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Frahm, seconded by <br /> Councilmember Adams, to award the contract to Wm. Mueller & <br /> Sons, Inc. , contingent upon variance approval from MSA. <br /> Motion, Ayes ( 5 )., Ayes (0 ) . <br /> 1985 SEAL COAT BIDS <br /> APPROVAL OF PLANS � SPECS <br /> C�ty Engineer Cook submitted the Plans and Specs for the 1985 <br /> Seal Coating Bids. <br /> It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br /> Frahm, to approve the Plans and Specs for the 1985 Seal <br /> Coating Bids to be opened on July 19 , 1985 . Motion, Ayes <br /> (5 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> PARR COMMISSION <br /> RESIGNATION <br /> . Council recieved a letter of resignation from Nary Ann <br /> Stinson from the Park Commission effective June 22 , 1985 . <br /> Council directed staff to send a letter to Ms . Stinson <br /> thanking her for her participation on the Commission. <br /> Earlier this year, there were two vacancies on the Park <br /> Commission and three volunteers. Council decided to appoint <br /> � all three volunteers to the Commission at that time. For the <br /> present vacancy, they decided to see if others stepped <br /> forward for this position. <br />
