Motion, Ayes ( 4 ) , <br /> Nays (0 ) . <br /> OLD BEACH ROAD TRAFFIC <br /> Councilmember Frahm asked why the City cannot post the road <br /> "no trucks" as requested. <br /> City Administrator Bernhardson stated that there is no <br /> evidence of damage to the road from trucks . Bernhardson <br /> noted that the City could post one end of the road and <br /> Minnetonka Beach would have to post the other end and it is an <br /> unenforceable posting in that the City would have to allow <br /> service utility maintenance and construction vehiclesto the <br /> residents of Old Beach Road. <br /> Councilmember L. Adamsmoved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br /> to approve the report regarding the traffic on Old Beach Road <br /> as submitted.
