Radio explained that no <br /> progress has been made to correct the violations at 130 <br /> Cygnet Place, even after extending the deadline date for the <br /> property owner. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Councilmember Grabek seconded, <br /> to direct staff to begin criminal proceedings against the <br /> owner at 130 Cygnet Place.
