The entire aspect of the proposed payment schedule <br /> (having the entire city pay for a local assessment) <br /> is contrary to all previous assessments, historical <br /> assessing, etc. etc. My personal feeling is strictly <br /> against this and I would do all in my power to fight <br /> including some suggestion that the parties involved <br /> in trying to push this thru be legally removed from � <br /> office-including any other person involved as for <br /> example, the hired city attorney. <br /> 2. On the 2nd page of the letter - 2nd paragraph, is <br /> a statement "No appeal _ _ _ _ _ _ by the affected <br /> rp op�r�y owner _ _ _ _ hearing. <br /> I object ot the wording of this because if the <br /> proposed financing goes thru, I will be an "affected <br /> propmrty owner" and I don ' t think I have to object <br /> in writing or in person by any specific deadline. <br /> ,// 0�� <br /> < " . � . <br /> �W <br /> Robert W.
