Adams seconded , <br /> to commit the funds for the Westonka Senior Citizens . <br /> Dlotion, Ayes ( 5 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br /> FINANCING CRYSTAL <br /> BAY IMPROVEMENTS Finance Director Kuehn reviewed with the Council the <br /> financing for the proposed Crystal Bay improvements . <br /> PROPERTY FOR SALE <br /> LOT 7, BLOCK 6 <br /> NAVARRE HEIGHTS Public Works Coordinator Gerhardson explained that there is <br /> property for sale (Lot 7 , Block 6 , Navarre Heights ) which is <br /> adjacent to the Navarre parking lot at the west end. <br /> Gerhardson stated that if the City was to acquire the lot and <br /> certain improvements were made, it would be easier to <br /> maintain parts of the parking lot. <br /> Councilmember Grabek moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded, <br /> to direct staff to see if the owner will donate the land to the <br /> Orono Park Commission.
