Mabusth stated that the <br /> neighbor ' s attorney has �ro3uced negative findings a��d <br /> th� nE=ignbors nave done a survey of vacanL lots in the <br /> LR-1B (oneacre) zoning district. Maous�h stated Lhat <br /> sh2 has do�� a sUrvey of variance applications of lot <br /> area 3nd lot width variance that were d�ilied back to <br /> 1977 . <br /> Administrator Mabusth stated �hac according to her <br /> survey of lot area ana lot width variances back to 1977 , <br /> 3 variances were denied and 4b were approved . Mabusth stated that she has worked <br /> with Mr. Fisk before on another variance application on <br /> Baldur Park Road . Mabustn stated that she is not <br /> suggesting that he knows about the zoning code, but he <br /> did work on a i�azdcover and setback problem application <br /> on Baldur Park , <br />
