The grading plan should be updated to show the proposed Sediment/erosion control plan. <br /> 2. The plan depicts proposed retaining walls but does not call out the top and bottom of wall elevations in <br /> accordance with the city survey standards. Based on the nearest proposed spot elevations it appears that <br /> some of the wall will exceed 4 ft in height. Walls 4'or greater in height must be designed by a licensed <br /> professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit.Tiered walls <br /> are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall. <br /> 3. One of the walls is depicted on the property line. Walls over 2 feet must be set back 5 feet from the property <br /> line. <br /> 4.
