701 Dickey Lake <br /> 5-5-17. Spoke with Carrie Peck neighbor to the east. Carrie's concerns center on any additional <br /> hardcover will cause the wetland to raise, and a 1 inch raise in the wetland level will increase water <br /> intrusion into her yard 6 feet, and may flood her house. <br /> I told her that the proposed grading plan does not suggest any channelized drainage, or purposeful <br /> impacts to the neighboring properties. I also noted that the city cannot guarantee that the water levels <br /> of the wetlands will not increase over time. The property owner is permitted to build,and the wetland <br /> buffers established appear to allow for more infiltration than if development was up against the <br /> wetland. It appears that the survey suggests all requirements from a grading standpoint are met. <br /> Jeremy Barnhart <br />
