Motion, Ayes ( 4 ) , <br /> Nays (0 ) . <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS Planning Commission Representative Sime had no <br /> comments. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> DON ANFINSON - AUDIT <br /> REPORT Don Anfinson of Anfinson, Hendrickson, was present. <br /> Anfinson reviewed with the Council the audit report <br /> and noted that overall the City is in good shape. <br /> #826 NELLIST/SCHAPER <br /> 3800 WAYZATA BLVD <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> RESOLDTION #1646 Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted that the applicants <br /> would not be present because they have already <br /> reviewed the resolution and had no problems with it. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved, Mayor Butler seconded, to <br /> approve Resoluton #1646 , A Resolution Approving A <br /> Conditional Use Permit For Lowell Schaper and Glenn <br /> Nellist Authorizing Continued Non-Conforming Use of <br /> Residential Property At 3800 Wayzata Blvd. Motion, <br /> Ayes (5 ) , Nays ( 0 ) . <br />
