MATTHEW HEMSLEY EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Executive Summarv <br /> Anderson Engineering of Minnesota, LLC was retained to provide professional wetland services to identify <br /> those areas meeting wetland criteria utilizing the 1987 United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) <br /> Wetland Delineation Manual (Technical Report Y-87-1; January 198� and all supplemental guidance <br /> documents within the residential properties located at 649 Ferndale Road, City of Orono, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota.
