REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JANUARY 23 , 1984 . PAGE 12 <br /> Councilmember Frahm stated that he still has a problem <br /> with rezoning to B-2 . Frahm stated that the City has <br /> to look at rezoning that whole strip and not just North <br /> Shore Drive Marina ' spiece of property. Frahm stated <br /> that they should consider a different type of zoning <br /> for all marinas and not just North Shore Drive Marina. <br /> Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Adams seconded, to <br /> direct staff to schedule a public hearing at the <br /> Planning Commission ineeting of February 21 , 1984 to <br /> discuss the proposed rezoning of North Shore Drive <br /> Marina and to notify the surrounding neighbors as <br /> staff feels is enough and to reconsider the B-2 zoning <br /> to be sure that it includes the necessary restrictions <br /> for marinas ; such amendments to be reviewed at the <br /> special meeting at February 9 . Futhermore, the City <br /> Council authorizes the City Attorney to draft a <br /> settlement agreement for review by Council at the next <br /> meeting.
