Motion, Ayes (4) , Nays (0) . <br /> PAUL SMITH SEWER Councilmember Frahm stated that the Paul Smith Sewer <br /> project is not going anywhere and that the City should <br /> start condemnation of the necessary easements. <br /> Councilmember Frahm moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded , to start condemnation procedures by January <br /> 1 , 1984-, (giving the applicant 30 days) if the <br /> applicant is not willing to sign uff on an agreement <br /> when the project will be completed and who will pay for <br /> it , with the City and/or submit the following : <br /> 1. All required easements from Mr. Powers. <br /> 2. Engineered plans. <br /> 3. Mr . Smith to sign off on an agreement that the <br /> sewer will be completed by June 1 , 1984 . <br /> 4. City to send a letter to Mr . Smith immediately <br /> advising applicant of above. <br /> Motion, Ayes (4) , Nays ((�) . <br /> Building Official Jacobs noted that a letter would be <br /> sent right away and a condemnation resolution would be <br /> written for the January Council meeting . <br />
