The following <br /> members were present : Mayor Butler , Councilmember <br /> Frahm, Adams and Hammerel . Councilmember Grabek , <br /> City Attorney Malkerson, City Engineer Cook and City <br /> Administrator Benson were absent. Zoning Adminis— <br /> trator Mabusth and Recorder Sutton represented the <br /> City staff . <br /> CONSENT AGENDA* Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Hammerel seconded , <br /> to remove item #12 from the consent agenda. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) , Nays (r�) . <br /> Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Hammerel seconded , <br /> to approve the Consent Agenda* , subject to removing <br /> item #12 from the consent agenda, with all staff <br /> reports concerning items reviewed at this meeting to <br /> be attached to the original copy of these minutes on <br /> file in the City Clerk ' s office. Motion, Ayes (4) , <br /> Nays (9) . <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Hammerel seconded , <br /> to approve the minutes of November 14 , 1983. Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) , Nays (�) . <br /> PARR COMMISSION COMMENTS There were no Park Commission comments. <br /> LARE MINNETONKA <br /> CONSERVATION DIST. There were no comments from the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Conservation District . <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS• There were no Planning Commissiun comments . <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no comments from the public that was <br /> present. <br /> �764 CALVARY MEMORIAL <br /> CHURCH <br /> 242Q DUNWOODY AVENUE <br /> VARIANCE & CONDITIONAL <br /> USE — RESOLUTION Bert Haglund , Steve Martin, and Dale Carpenter were <br /> present . <br /> Zoning Administrator Mabusth noted that the Calvary <br /> Memorial Church was required to file a land use <br /> application and hardcuver variance. Mabusth noted <br /> that additional parking stalls would be required <br /> because of the increase in seating capacity in the new <br /> sanctuary. <br /> Mayor Butler stated that rather than requiring the <br /> addition of 81 stalls the church could hold two <br /> services so that the additional parking stalls <br /> wouldn' t be required . Mayor Butler stated that the <br /> church could build a balcony to cut down on hardcover <br /> also . <br />
