Matian, Ayes (4) , Nays ( 1) . <br /> Councilmember Frahm vated nay because this non- <br /> confarming use is impossible to palice and that there <br /> is no guarantee that the applicant will ever came in <br /> fpr a building permit and that if they are gaing t� <br /> continue this non-confarming use that they may as well <br /> rezone it. <br />
