He stated the bypass will be <br /> operational Wednesday, October 12, 1983 . <br /> Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded to accept, pipe "D" , the Orono-Long <br /> Lake-Medina bypass as presented by City <br /> Engineer Cook . Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> STUBBS BAY - <br /> CRYSTAL BAY SANITARY <br /> SEWER FEASIBILITY <br /> CONTRACTS Councilmember Grabek moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded to approve the Stubbs Bay Feasibility <br /> Study Contract which includes the sub contract <br /> for soil borings not to exceed $3 , 300 . <br /> Motion, Ayes ( 5) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mayor Butler moved , Councilmember Frahm <br /> seconded to approve the Crystal Bay Feasibil- <br /> ity Study Contract which includes the sub <br /> contract for soil borings not to exceed <br /> $2, 400 . Motion, Ayes ( 5) - Nays (�) . <br /> TASK FORCE REPORT Mayor Butler announced that the League of_ <br /> Women Voters will sponsor a town meeting of <br /> the Lake Minnetonka Task Force . Mr . Brown , <br /> the Chairperson of the L.M.C.D. , will be <br /> presenting the report to the public . The <br /> meeting will be held October 13 , 1983 , at 7 : 30 <br /> P.M. , at the Gray Freshwater Biological <br /> Institute . <br /> FALL CLEANUP Mayor Butler announced that Orono will have a <br /> fall cleanup day. It is scheduled for <br /> Saturday, October 15, 1983, from 8 : 00 A.M. to <br /> 4 : 30 P.M. at the long gold equipment shed next <br /> to the Administrtation Building . <br /> CABLE T.V. REPORT Mayor Butler reported that the Cable T.V. <br /> meeting scheduled for October 4 , 1983 , was <br /> cancelled and has been tentatively scheduled <br /> for November 1 , 1983 . <br /> Mayor Butler announced that once the Cable <br /> T.V. Joint Powers Commission has appointed the <br /> franchise holder she would like to step down <br /> from the Cable T.V. Commission. The City <br /> Council will then have to appoint another <br /> Councilmember to this commission. <br /> TRANSPORTATION REPORT No comments from the Transportation Committee . <br />
