Motion , <br /> Ayes (4) , Nays (0) . <br /> MZ�dt7TES Councilmember Adams stated that on the discussion of <br /> the Single Separate Commonownership Issue that the <br /> Council had setforth a time table at there last meeting <br /> to have the issue resolved by the first of the year , <br /> which should be reflected in the minutes . <br /> Councilmember Hammerel moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded , to approve the Minutes of the Regular <br /> Meeting of August 22 , 1983 , subject to the above <br /> amendment. Motion, Ayes (4) , Nays (0) . <br /> FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING <br /> P[1BLIC HEARING OF <br /> AU�[�ST 31, 1983* Councilmember Grabek moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded , to approve the Public Hearing Concerning <br /> Federal Sharing Funds of August 31 , 1983 . Motion , <br /> Ayes (4) , Nays (0) . <br /> SUMMIT PARK — <br /> IMPROVEMENT COSTS Acting Mayor Frahm stated that he didn' t feel that they <br /> should go to 15 parking spaces. Frahm noted that this <br /> area is so close to the lake and that they would be too <br /> much hardcover , so by cutting the parking down to 8-10 <br /> parking spaces should be sufficient. <br /> Councilmember Adams suggested putting bicycle racks <br /> down by the lake because he has observed that many <br /> people ride their bikes here and that then they could <br /> substitute some bicycle racks for parking spaces . <br /> Councilmember Grabek noted that they should see a <br /> better design of the park area and have more <br /> information before they act on this . <br /> Councilmember Adams moved , Councilmember Hammerel <br /> • seconded , to approve the Summit Park improvement <br /> project subject to reducing the parking area to 10 cars <br /> maximum which improvements to be paid from the Park <br /> Dedication Fund . Motion, Ayes (3) , Nays (1) . <br /> Councilmember Grabek voted nay because of a lack of <br /> information. <br />
