Regular Meeting of the Orono Council , August R , 1983 . page - 3 - <br /> CARMAN BAY SEWER <br /> FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> RESOLUTION �1511 Councilmember Grabek moved , Councilmember Adams <br /> seconded , to adopt Resolution #1511 , Receiving A <br /> Feasibility Report And Calling A Public Hearing To <br /> Consider A Carman Bay Sewer Project subject to <br /> amending page 3 and 4 , with alternate #3 , elimation of <br /> a section of pipe and the use of the stubs that are <br /> already in place . The Enqineer will prcvide this <br /> additionalinformationto Citystaff beforethe August <br /> 2?_nd public hearing . <br /> PAUL SMITH SEWER <br /> APPRAISAL REPORT City Administrator Benson informed the Ccuncil this <br /> was for their information and the staff had more work <br /> to do on this matter before a public hearing is <br /> scheduled . <br /> NAVARRE STREET AND <br /> UTILITY PROJECT 82-1 & 2 <br /> STATUS REPORT Engineer Olson reported that the utilities and the <br /> sewerhavebeeninstalledandcompleted . Thecurb and <br /> gutter has been started , but the project is behind <br /> completicn date . <br /> MAYOR' S REPORT Mayor Butler stated she , City Administratcr Benson <br /> and Councilmember Grabek went on the L.M.C .D. boat <br /> ride Saturday. No business was conducted during the <br /> tour . <br /> CABLE TV REPORT Mayor Butler noted the future meeting dates of the Cable <br /> TV Commission : <br /> August 9 , 1983 at 5 : 30 P. M. - Shorewood <br /> August 23 , 1983 at 5 : 30 P.M. - Shorewood <br /> September 13 , 1983 at 5 : 30 P.M. - Shorewood <br /> TRANSPORTATION REPORT There were no Trasnportation Report comments . <br /> APPOINTMENT - WEST <br /> HENNEPIN HUMAN SERVICES <br /> PLANNING BOARD Councilmember moved , Ccuncilmember Grabek seconded , <br /> to appoint Diane Dunlap delegate and Jean Kottemann as <br /> alternate . If the two appointees wish to switch <br /> around that is acceptable with the Council . Motion , <br /> Ayes ( 31 , Nays ( 01) . Mayor Butler asked that the <br /> appointees report to the Council more than once a year <br /> to inform the Council of their activities. <br /> PARK LANE <br /> RESOLUTION #1512 Councilmember Grabek moved , Mayor Butler seconded , to <br /> adopt Reso_lution #1512, A Resolution Restricting The <br /> Use Of Lake Access On North Arm Bay At Park Lane , from <br /> December 1 thru March 31 . Motion, Ayes ( 3) , Nays (0) . <br />
