Also present : Zoning <br /> Administrator Mabusth , City Attorney representive <br /> Childs , City Engineer repr�sentative Olson, Deputy <br /> City Clerk Hallin and City Administrator Benson <br /> arrived at 8 : �3 P.M. Councilmembers Frahm and <br /> Hammerel were absent . <br /> CONSENT AGENDA* Councilmember Grabek moved , Maycr Butler seconded , to <br /> approve the Consent Agenda , with all staff reports <br /> concerning items reviewed at this meetin.g to be <br /> attached to the original copy of these minutes on file <br /> in the City Clerk ' s office. Motion, Ayes ( 3) , Nays <br /> (PJ) . <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES* Councilmember Grabek moved , Mayor Butler seconded , to <br /> approve the minutes of the regular meeting of July 25 , <br /> 1983 . Motion , Ayes ( 3) , Nays (Pl) . <br /> PARK COMMISSION <br /> COMMENTS City AdministratorBensonreportedonthemeeting with <br /> the neighbors of Summit Park . The City assured the <br /> neighbors that there would be no boat launching area at <br /> Summit Park , it will be a swimming beach only. <br /> Councilmember Adams moved , Mayor Butler seconded , to <br /> approve a cost feasibility study for bouys , docks , off <br /> street parkinq and signing per Mr . Benson ' s <br /> recommendations and memo .
