Item <br /> 21 : Open Meeting Law, City I��lministrator <br /> assured Councilmember Grabek thatthematter has <br /> been �ttended to ; Item ?.2 : Southwest �'acility <br /> Ptan letter to Brad Van Nest , Benson informed him <br /> that the Ci ty appointed Van Nest to represent the <br /> City and report back to the City f_or direction ; <br /> Item ?.9 : Hennepi.n County Radio l�tter , Benson <br /> explained the procedure to Councilmember <br /> Grabek .
