What I have is a --------------------- <br /> Diann Goetten - .7ust as it aludes to Molly' s corner <br /> - and the recommendation says they approve� the <br /> staff recommendation after additional discussion <br /> the motion was amencled by Commission member Adams , <br /> and Sime to include : then it was suppose to have <br /> said as a condition a positive undertaking by the <br /> City Council to do the things on page 3 a ,b&c , <br /> which we asked to have numerated so that it would <br /> include Mr . Berg ' s memo of February 2.8th I <br /> believe . And to include the vacation of the woods <br /> area not used by the public . And I just f_elt that <br /> was important enough to note for the recorei . <br /> Mayor Butler- well what I have here is says that <br /> planning commission member Adams moved , planning <br /> commission member Sime seconded , to approve staff <br /> recommendations as presented by City Planner <br /> Olson ' s memo dated March 17 , subject to <br /> maintaining , policing , and fencing area . After <br /> additional discussion , the motion was amended by <br /> commission members Adams and Sime to include a <br /> positive undertaking by the City Council to do the <br /> things on page 3 a ,b&c of the formentioned memo . <br /> As recommended and to include vacation of the <br /> woods area not used by the public . <br /> Diann Goetten - taell I feel it is important to say <br /> that it was a condition, otherwise it just says <br /> well gee can you do this it would be swell . But I <br /> feel it is far more important if one could say as a <br /> condition . I know that I was not one to approve <br /> thisparticularrecommendationand Idon ' tknowif <br /> any other planning commission member here this <br /> evening ----------------------------but I am <br /> sure they would agree with me when I say that that <br /> was stated as a conditon and I just want it noted in <br /> the record . <br /> Mayor Butler - so noted . <br />
